So I haven’t tweeted in a minute, mostly because my internet is off again. B.A. Comcast didn’t send me a notice or a bill again. I don’t knpw how they can never mail me anything but are so quick to cut me off. Chumps. I’m gon switch watch me.
Anyways, lack of cable/internet made me extra productive yesterday and I finished recording everything I needed to for the album. I may do some more re-recording though, it just depends on how I feel. I want this to be perfect. Now that I’m done though I feel I can start doing some more music away from this project. I’ve been growing, and as always, I’ve been writing and now I’m ready to begin to bring you more of me. Its deeper than rap. (BAWSE!)

So.. One of my biggest heroes doesn’t like the other. I grew up loving Michael Jordan and Chamillionaire and one day on a Mixtape Messiah CD or somethin I heard Cham come at MJ and that was real tough for me. MJ is my frat brother and one of the influences for me to pledge Omega Psi Phi in the first place, on the other hand though, Chamillionaire helped create the style that I call my own now. Peep the video and realize why my feelings is hurt a lil bit.

So last night the good fellas at Jenesis Magazine had a Breast Cancer Awareness Party and Fund Raiser at the Firehouse in the Strip District, and it was a good time. The fellas raised $700+ and had a packed house. It was a grand ole time and here’s a couple pictures of the CSB action. (Man I need a haircut.)

Soo.. Today I sat in my History of Jazz recitation and I realized that the course is beneath me. The University of Pittsburgh has the nerve to not accept its own credits towards my graduation so my 1000 level music course is not gonna count. So I’m in a intro freshman course about the History of Jazz that I am both ahead of and behind in. I hate it so much. I know all the information and missed all of the assignments. The professor seem like he tryna be the “teacher” but I stay correcting him. I can’t wait til I get caught up so I can shit on him. Graduation can’t come soon enough.
Peace.

Soo.. my potna Beewirks, my main man 100 grand, and my dope ass producer, has been coming up in this hip-hop world as of late. We keep having these, “its crazy we’ve been friends for 3 years,” conversations when it should really be, “its crazy you’re now Just Blaze’s protege.” It’s not surprising tho because Beewirks is a humble dude, very humble in fact. Don’t get me wrong, he understands the value of his work, but he also feels like he hasn’t quite made it yet and that his sound can still get better, and thats what I not only appreciate, but admire about the dude, he’s got drive.
Well we (the CSB team) have all known that Beewirks time was coming soon and he’s finaly landed a big placement, and that’s the street single from Young Jeezy’s Thug Motivation 103 and we are far from surprised. When my man is going to NY to have meetings with some of the biggest names in hip-hop, he’s got to be making some noise. I can’t do anything but be proud of that man. He’s come a long way. It’s amazing to see the growth in talent and range of production that he’s developed since we met my freshman year of college. A dick rider I’ve never been but I have always been a good friend and a fan of talent and I believe in giving props where props is due. So, with that being said, Beewirks is the man and my team is takin a dookey on yours! Here’s the track produced by my good buddy Bee, and then there’s also like a million on my album thats about to drop as well. Word.

So I haven’t posted in over a month and that’s been because of a combination of things. One being because I’ve been on the go quite a bit. On top of that I been going through some personal issues that I will address as soon as I get it all behind me.
On another note, Fear of Falling is on the way and CSB is the team. We got more in store for yall, just be patient.

Maaannn soo school started on Monday and I hate it already. I’m trying to be a diligent student although today’s actions negate that. Oh well. I need to graduate and that’s what I’m going to do. Thanks to some fancy placement by my department’s advisor, I’m gonna be able to do that without a lot of problems. I need to get some classes Pass/Fail though so I don’t have to worry about them working against my GPA. Specifically those science courses.. I SUCK at science, all I got is chemistry [insert laughter].
Anyways, I need to finish this album.. And get my artwork done.. And all this shit actually. I’m slacking. Sleepin and shit. Who needs sleep?? Not me, so back to the grind I go. If you come to Duquesne University on Friday for their cookout on A-Walk, I’ll be performing. I don’t know what time, but I’m gonna be doing “Push It” and “Swang” (they only let me do 2 songs, I know), so come check me out.
Until Next Time,
